Referrals
The Cosmetic & Implant Dental Clinic welcomes implant referrals from general dental practitioner’s whilst working together with the referring dentist. Patients are cared for in a considerate professional manner and either implant surgery alone or surgery plus the restorative part of the case may be carried out, according to the referring dentist’s wishes. For referral enquiries please print out this Referral Form and post to the address below.
We offer the referring dentist: involvement in the treatment, restorative advice, open evenings, and sedation by our consultant anaesthetist is available for patients. There is easy access to the centre by taxi, minicab, tube and bus. Car parking facilities are available immediately opposite the centre.

After initial implant training in 1992 with Straumann I spent one years attachment to the Eastman dental institute 1998-9 studying implant surgery and implant prosthodontics (Branemark) I have been placing implants in practice since.
I have now completed the 2 years implant surgery MSc at Guy’s Hospital, (using primarily Astra and Branemark systems). This has a heavy exposure to both the surgical and prosthodontic sides of implant dentistry.
The aim of the practice now, is to concentrate on implant dentistry accepting referrals from friends and colleagues and conducting:
- The surgical phase alone and returning the patient to their GDP for the restorative phase of treatment providing any advice required.
- Complete the entire phase of implant treatment returning the patient to the referring GDP once this is complete.
The surgery is equipped with both Branemark and Astra dental implant systems.
