Veneers

dental veneers pictureAs a result of modern technology, thin ceramic (porcelain) veneers can be fabricated with little tooth preparation. These can be chemically bonded to teeth to offset the effects of ageing, discolouration, chips, cracks, twists and gaps.

A porcelain veneer is a thin but highly durable porcelain laminate or facing that is bonded over an existing tooth - becoming part of the tooth. Porcelain veneers can be used to correct imperfections in the structure, colour and positioning of the teeth. They can also be used for “filling gaps” between teeth. And adding porcelain veneers to the outside surfaces of the upper premolar teeth can also effectively “widen” a smile.

Our porcelain veneers are expertly fabricated - naturally shaped and perfectly colour-matched - by our specialist dental ceramist.
